A. RAW Essentials would like you to be happy with your purchase. To return or exchange a product, please email info@rawessentials.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. Q. What does free of synthetic chemicals mean?
A. Raw Essentials does not use synthetic chemicals. There is a big difference between the term “chemical” and “synthetic chemical” Water, for example, is a chemical, but it is a natural chemical. Q. Are your products non-comedogenic?
A. Our ingredients are non-comedogenic and are fine for acne prone and/or sensitive skin. However, we cannot make a product claim of non-comedogenic because the test for comedogenisity is an animal test and we are a cruelty-free company.
Q. How do you your washes and scrubs to foam without using harsh chemicals such as laurel sulfates?
A. We use raw ingredients such as Decyl Glucoside, Lauryl Glucoside, Sucrose Cocoate for foaming and cleansing. They are made from sugars and fatty acids of oils like coconut.
Q. Why are skin care products made with raw living ingredients better for you?
A. Simply because the natural ingredients still retain all their life energy, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and essential fatty acids and therefore your skin is truly nourished. This is the way it works:

A. No, we do not test any of our products on animals nor do we use ingredients that are tested on animals.

A. We have pioneered the use of raw without the need for refrigeration. We developed an all natural preservative system that has been lab tested and guaranteed to keep products stable for up to 2 years.
Q. Do any of your products contain wheat?
A. No. The natural Vitamin E, or Tocopherol we use is made from Soybean oil.
